I drove all the way out to MH Support group (supposedly on 3rd Saturday of every month).

Only a few hours after Yoga class (which takes a lot out of me).

No one turned up, not even the group facilitator (it wasn't on)....

Totally thrown-out by that.

At least I got lots of house-sweeping done, before I went.

Just back from a driving lesson and gardening session with my son.  Its his first time in the manual for about 10 months, so I guess we are back on the horse.

I can relate to what you said about dissociative episode @Former-Member I hope you're okay.

I get those (similar) a lot.

I responded on the Ups And Downs thread @Adge, but I will say it again here ..... it sucks when things get cancelled and you don’t know and turn up .... 😤

Yes it takes motivation & effort to go to things, then it's a real downer when no-one comes.
