The magic of tidying

Re: The magic of tidying

Thanks @Patches59 @Oaktree . I think I'm up to date with the bills now. Yes I'm having to pace myself. 3 more weeks of strict limits on what I can do, 3 months total recovery time.

I'm seeing things differently now I'll have home help - actually I'll need to restart as it was paused.

Re: The magic of tidying

Good luck with all that paperwork @Dimity !

Wow, 3 months recovery time, that's a lot. 🫂

Re: The magic of tidying

Cleaning - tidying - decluttering - death cleaning - it all has to be done but it's mostly still too hard. When I had the extra  weeks in hospital my home help arrangements fell through so aren't happening.

One day I'll start again.

Tomorrow?

Kitchen table

Coffee table

I have to start somewhere

Re: The magic of tidying

..theres always tomorrow @Dimity  😊.. I remember small flat used to live in 20 plus years ago. I wouldnt let people come inside as floor covered in stuff. not quite at that level here

kitchen def cluttered looking around tho. maybe  a quick 'go' at sideboard and kitchen table lol

Re: The magic of tidying

I did a spot of decluttering in the kitchen. Wish I'd done more but hey it's a start.

Re: The magic of tidying

Tomorrow I'll try to bring in all the bins and tackle the tables again. Mainly papers. I can barely read them. Gp said see optometrist but I've just about given up.

Re: The magic of tidying

@Dimity given up seeing an optometrist?

That will make the papers on the table redundant and straight into the recycling bin 👏🏼

Re: The magic of tidying

@Glisten 2 options file or discard. Medical records so erring on side of caution.

Bad day with plumbing spills continuing.
