~ The Toolshed ~

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@Jynx I don’t know what rescripting therapy is. Is it words or actions? Or both?

And also Why did I do that? Reflection and understanding the emotion attached to the negative response.

@Dreamy  what a lovely post to wake up to this morning.

You definitely have a place and purpose here.

Your posts aren’t that toxic positivity woowoo push harder dig deeper rubbish.

Your posts are sweet, gentle and genuine. Just like you.

Big HUGS 🫂

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

Ooh I really love that one about celebrating victories rather than immediately shifting the goal posts @Dreamy

I think that can be really challenging sometimes to actually sit back and just celebrate in the present rather than look to the next step. I know I've got some big life things going on for me at the moment and this has made me realise that maybe I'm looking ahead a bit too prematurely and it would be nice to just sit and enjoy the stage I'm in right now 😊

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

Awwww thanks @Glisten ❤️.

Big hugs back to you ❤️

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@Ru-bee very true. Each win no matter how big or small should be celebrated, yes there may be other things we need to conquer next but one little step at a time. Take a moment to breathe and know that you have done amazing to get to where you are, enjoy this stage ❤️.

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

I needed to hear that @Ru-bee . Thankyou, and thanks @Dreamy

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~
