I understand, those feelings really can be relentless at times. But it's ok to feel things especially when things are tough. 

It is a very strong feeling and I know it very well so you are not alone with that. 

I really do understand that feeling of wishing you didn't wake up, it's another day of hurt and suffering when all we want is peace and comfort. You are ok and not triggering me at all. It's also ok to cry, I am here with you ❤️

No I don't have pets  we are looking at puppies but my partner is away ATM

Yes feelings are hard but you are not alone here. 

I like all sorts of music, mostly things I grew up listening to as I don't cope with change. 

That song seems very appropriate for this moment. 

I struggle to sleep so I'm awake at all hours and eventually sleep out of complete exhaustion but even then only for 30 minutes or less at a time. 

I'm happy to chat for longer, but if I don't reply don't think it's cos I don't want to talk to you. It would just mean that I've fallen asleep but I always try to say goodnight before I do fall asleep. 

My puppy is a black labrador, his name is Casper.

Sleep just doesn't come easily for me but yes I know alot of people struggling with sleeping.
