I do work with people,    so my question is  have ever had a meeting or safely planning with the ambulance service team?    One of the people I have  is doing a safety plan with them

I've never done one with the ambulance service team myself but I have heard of it being done. When I've had experiences with the ambulance team though for suicidal thoughts we have briefly chatted about what i can do to keep myself safe such as putting harmful things out of reach, who to reach out to etc.

I like all the types of the moon, I love the night sky and staring up at the stars.
