@ArraDreamingit ranges in the amount of people... usually around 4 to 6 I guess.  Some people just listen and type in the chat, some speak and have the video on... it's always a mix.

To get around pictures being too big of a file size you just screenshot them and pull in the edges. Then you will find that you can post the screenshot.
