Hello 👋 my beautiful friend @Faith-and-Hope

I have missed you!

Had a busy week and a very sad day yesterday...
We have been taking care of my Dad’s pet budgie for the past 11 years and I woke up to find he had passed away.
It broke my heart and felt like I had lost my Dad all over again.
My mr and my beautiful girl are shattered also.
I think that we are all feeling the same loss.
I know people will say”snap out of it, it’s just a bird” but he meant the world to me ❤️
How have you been?
I hope that life is being kind to you and you are taking care of yourself xoxo
I want to talk to you more today if it’s okay.
I am really tired because I haven’t slept yet.

I am so sorry to hear about the budgie, and I understand.  There are many touchstones to our relationships ... connections of spirit through "object" ..... and the budgie was clearly special in that way to all of you.

I am completing final assessments for uni, so I am here for briefer moments, but I will look for you, and tagging really helps 😊

It sounds like a good self-care day is in order for you and yours .... will be thinking of you.
