I'm glad you made it through the long weekend
I am not glad you still feel unwell.
I think many people would say that they have patches in therapy where nothing seems to change
You have also recently come back from overseas so there have been some changes in your life.
You do seem to have made progress in that your social anxiety has abated, I think things are moving, maybe not at the pace you would like but still moving in a positive direction.
I also go for a walk or do something physical as a way to ease the distress. Unfortunately for me, where I am it is raining right now! I hope the walk helps you.
