@Kitty Hope you're going to be ok riding thru this period without your fave therapist. Sometimes I can wait for an appt, other times the waves ride up and down and I see someone only when desperate. Depends on the money situation - so far so good.... not sure how the future will pan out with this Covid crisis though.

HI all, I'm relatively new to the forum! I had a diagnosis of bipolar disorder two years ago after being treated on & off for major depression for many years! I'm in a good place right now with my treatment. I'm hoping to connect with others here to share experiences and support others.

2. I love to cook for others and try new recipes
3. I am enjoy cooking / reality shows from the early 2000s like gordon ramsay's kitchen nightmares

Good morning @Kess55 and welcome to the forums 👋
We have many other community members with bipolar challenges, and / or anxiety and depression ones. It can really help to recognise that you are not alone, and others experience elements of what you do.
There are some social threads here that might be of interest to you -

Hi lovely people, i lost my partner 3 years ago. paranoid schizophrenic , plus multible overlapping personality disporders. still he was, and always be the most important person in my life. I wrote a book about our crazy journey. 3 decades love and chaos. As most of you know , it is not a liniar , avarage stroy. our happy time was always in a eye of a hurrican. The happyend and essens of our story is maybe that we never lost our love for each other.
I still fight for him, for people struggeling with mental conditions and there famiy and partners. Against stigmatisation and hopefully in future , more safe spots and options for peopel affected. I currently do a disability supportworker course and studdy psycology aside. I did not find a cure for schizophrenia and I really tried hard to find answers, but i think I love to spread some love and acceptance. IT took me so long to come to terms with it , that I hope I can help to improve the wellbeing for many affected people. Thank you for having me.

Hi. My partner has been diagnosed with PTSD and I am struggling with dealing with his behaviour at times. I have been thinking for some time that I should see what support is out there for me.
Three things about me: I am fairly relaxed, I like to read, I like going for walks.
