Nah @Former-Member cats out of the bag ...I cant let you get away with saying you are not smart.

I am not sure what field your thesis or teaching are in.  I hope you are managing the deadlines. 

Phds are notorious for setting up MH issues ... some finish them .. some dont ... a lot will depend on whether you can harness suffiient energy, conviction and belief in your academic causes and teaching values.

Is it Science based, Humanities, or a mix?

Does the department have decent morale generally or is it struggling for its own existence?

That will effect how much energy the other staff will have to be truly collegial ...

Yeah I agree with cherrybomb you need to schedule self care and mental health stuff in your driven career and academics. Balance is the key esp if you have a mental disability.
