Re: Dealing with intrusive thoughts - my struggle!

Hey @Molliex

Lovely to hear from you.  Sorry to hear about your job stress.

My Son 2 and I are both out of jobs.   I'm really praying there's work to the same extent once this is all over.

I've applied for centrelink and my son will apply today.

The upside is my social anxiety is manageable now I am not going out or going to work.

I'm incredibly unmotivated around the house beyond the basics I.e gardening and tackling odd jobs.

I'm assuming you're an 'essential' worker which means you don't get a break.

Glad your Pdoc went well, I have an appointment with my psychologist on Monday via telehealth as it's refundable through Medicare.

I'm a bit nervous as I am very self conscious about my face in videos and cameras etc   I hate it.   The option is still there for face to face but I think I am doing the right thing.

Anyway it's lovely to hear from you Mol ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Re: Dealing with intrusive thoughts - my struggle!

Hey @Molliex âť¤đź§ˇđź’›đź’šđź’™đź’ś

I'm okay my friend.    I  am of course out of a job and am struggling with not having anything to do in the day.   Mr Angels is working from home and I feel lazy and am struggling with finding some purpose.

I can't go to DBT as I  can't get there as son 2 needs to be dropped to work, it's tricky where Son 2 had a shift change due  to social distancing .  I'm desperate so I am thinking about getting son 1 to drive so I can get to DBT it's a big ask of son 1.

On the whole I am just getting by.   I had some bad thoughts last night about my self harm but I don't think I am in immediate risk.

It was lovely for you to ask about me I have been thinking about how to reply all day.   I wish I could be more hopeful but I feel really sluggish.   No crisis just mediocre.

How are you going @Molliex ? How's little D?

Love Angels333
