When your feeling low...

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! It helped me a long, long time ago when I just wanted to hide in a dark cave and disappear. I have just read some posts on these forums and just wanted to suggest a healthy way out.

I agree, even if it's hard to get out and actually do it it feels amazing afterwards, I try to do something achievable even if it's going for a short walk and then exdending it along the way as I feel more motivated. Also, doing classes helps to motivate me because usually you have to book online and can't cancel at the last moment 😉

I agree, as far as it goes .. but at a certain stage ... knee & hip replacements become the talking points .. and I can feel those joints wearing down ...  so it doesnt always help the whole person .. body. heart & mind.  There is no one quick fix.

Swimming is great for people with injuries 🙂
