thinking of you in that bad place. have been there recently and climbing out slowly. you will find strength within just believe in yourself. easier said than done I know from someone who is their own worse enemy. we are all here, your special friends reaching out to you and holding on to you even though you cant see us.

I have put the reason for my bad place in another post " how non BPD treat their BPD spouse" .

I am questioning my own reality so much and am so confused.

I'm hopin gon the post I will get some direct answers as how can I get better if I dont know them.

I cant comment on BPD, I know a couple of people who suffer from it but I know little about the condition myself. Just want to let you know that I do know about struggling though. take care
