Hi @Former-Member i like hearing from people who have loved ones with mi Because i myself have mi and i see myself in some aspects of what people say about their family member/partner/ friend who has the diagnosis. And it kind of takes the attention off of my own symptoms, helps me feel less isolated (in the sense of not being the only one) and it helps me normalize my experiences of mental illness + i have a family also.../friends.../ loved ones... and yea i really don't know what they've been thinking all along...
